Art Specifications - Logo Bar Stools

Richardson Seating works with both Mac and PC.  We run Adobe Illustrator CS6 and Adobe Photoshop CS6.  Our preferred file format is an eps file created for Adobe Illustrator with all fonts outlined.  We can also usually accept .pdf and .ai files.  We offer both spot color and 4 color process printing.  You can specify which PMS color to use or you can supply a chip.  We are able to print every color in the Pantone book including the metallic PMS colors.  4 color process printing can be screen printed at 65 lpi or digitally printed at 720dpi. Top of seat art specs

The top of our logo bar stool seat is a 14" diameter circle.  We typically keep imprints within a 12" diameter circle.  This allows one inch of space between the logo and the seam.

Side of seat art specs

The side of our logo bar stool seat is a 44" x 3" rectangle.  We typically keep imprints within a 40" x 2" rectangle.  If you plan to step and repeat a logo on the side of the logo stool, we recommend going 3 or 5 times around.  An odd number keeps one of the logos front and center.

Back art specs

We can print on both side of the back.  The back is approximately a 17" x 14" rectangle.  We typically keep imprints within an 11" x 9" rectangle.

Richardson Seating logo bar stools are commercial counter stools.  They are meant to be used at industrial parts counters, sales counters, and shops.  We use 12 mil clear vinyl and print the logo on the underside in reverse.  This process protects the image for years.  The bar stool frame is 19 gauge chrome plated steel.  We reinforce our round seats with cut 2x4 supports.  Richardson Seating logo bar stools are the best money can buy.
